If you need a refund for a ticket you bought through Kalor, you must contact the event organizer directly. Each organizer is fully responsible for their own refund policy and for handling any issues related to payments, cancellations or event changes.
How to request a refund
Open the event page on Kalor Scroll to the bottom of the page You will find the organizer’s contact information Send them an email explaining your situation and requesting a refund
Why Kalor cannot issue refunds
Kalor is a platform that helps hosts manage their events and ticketing. We do not control the funds after they are transferred to the organizer and we cannot approve, reject or process refunds. Only the event organizer has the authority to do so.
