Getting paid

Money from your ticket sales reaches you through Stripe.

What you get

You get your full ticket price. The Kalor fee is paid by guests on top of it and never comes out of your sales.

When you get paid

Money from an event becomes available 48 hours after it ends. It's paid to the bank account on your Stripe account automatically after 7 days, or you can request a payout sooner from Money.

What comes off

• Refunds to guests.
• Chargebacks: if a guest disputes a payment with their bank, the amount and the bank's dispute fee come off your balance.
• The Kalor fee, only if you choose to cover it for guests when you cancel.

Your statement

After each event you get a settlement statement with sales by ticket type, VAT, refunds and what was paid out. Share it with your accountant.

Invoices for guests

You're the seller of your tickets. If a guest asks for an invoice with their NIF, the request shows up in Invoices. Issue it in your invoicing software and upload it there, and we'll send it to the guest.
