Cancelling an event

You can cancel a whole event or just one guest's tickets. Either way, guests get their money back automatically and don't need to contact you or us.

Cancelling the whole event

Open the event and choose Cancel This Event. Everyone holding a ticket is refunded and told the event was cancelled. This can't be undone.

Cancelling one guest's tickets

Open the guest from the guest list and choose Cancel and Refund. Their tickets go back on sale.

The Kalor fee

Guests always get the ticket price back. The Kalor fee is only refunded if you choose to cover it, in which case it comes off your balance.

Tell your guests

We notify everyone, but it helps to post it on your own channels too. You can point guests to Refunds and cancellations.
