Refunds and cancellations

How refunds work depends on who cancels and when.

If the event is cancelled

You don't need to do anything. The ticket price is refunded automatically to the card you paid with, and we'll let you know when it's done. The Kalor fee is only refunded if the organizer chooses to cover it.

If you can't go

You can cancel your tickets yourself in the Tickets tab until 48 hours before the event starts. You get the ticket price back. The Kalor fee isn't refunded.

• After that, only the organizer can cancel for you. See Questions about an event for how to reach them.
• Tickets already scanned at the door can't be cancelled.
• Free tickets: cancelling just frees your place.

If you bought the wrong ticket

If the organizer allows swaps, open your ticket in the Tickets tab and choose Swap. You can only swap to a ticket of higher value, paying the difference. Swapping never refunds money.

When will I see my money?

Refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. If your bank can't accept the refund, we'll contact you to pay you another way.
