Invoices and NIF

Need an invoice with your NIF? Turn on Use NIF at checkout.

• Your ticket is sold by the organizer, so the invoice for the ticket comes from them. We pass your request on and they upload it.
• The Kalor fee is invoiced by Kalor.
• You'll get your invoices by email, and you can find them in Settings under Invoices.

Save your details

Add your name, NIF and address in Settings under Invoices and they'll be used whenever you turn on Use NIF.

Invoice delayed?

If an invoice can't be issued yet, it shows as delayed and we'll contact you to sort it out.

Forgot to add your NIF? Email help@kalor.in as soon as possible with your order number and NIF.
