Buying tickets for someone else

Tickets live in the account of the person who bought them, and they can't be moved to another account.

Buying for friends

The easiest way is for everyone to buy their own ticket from their own Kalor account. If you buy several tickets in one order, they all stay in your account, so arrive together and show them at the door from your app.

Bought with your details for someone else?

If there are more than 48 hours to go, you can cancel the ticket in the Tickets tab and they can buy their own. You get the ticket price back, but not the Kalor fee.

Please don't share your account or send screenshots of your ticket. The QR code should be shown from the app.
