Logging in and your account

You can log in to Kalor with your phone number, your email, Google or Apple. Your tickets live in the account you used when you bought them.

Ways to log in

• Phone: enter your number and the code we send you by SMS.
• Email: your email and password.
• Google or Apple: one tap with the account on your phone.

"You have no tickets yet"

This almost always means you're logged in with a different method than the one you used to buy. Each method can create its own account. Log out, then log in the same way you did at checkout. Not sure which one? Look for the ticket email "Your ticket for [event]" and check which address it went to.

Keep your account to yourself

Tickets are personal and can't be transferred, so don't share your login or send screenshots of your QR code. Each ticket is scanned once at the door.
