Deleting your account

You can delete your Kalor account yourself, in the app or on the web. It can't be undone, and it doesn't cancel or refund anything you've bought.

Before you delete

• Tickets: tickets you hold stop working at the door. If you have tickets for upcoming events, cancel them first to get your refund (see Refunds and cancellations). Otherwise they're lost.
• Brands you run: if you host events, give your brand a new owner first.

How to delete

• In the app or on the web, open your profile and go to Account details.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
• Read what happens, then press and hold Delete My Account.

What happens

• Your profile, photo and follows are removed.
• Your tickets stop working.
• We keep your receipts and order records, because the law requires us to keep them.

Can't log in? Email help@kalor.in from the email address or phone number on your account and ask us to delete it.
