Every event starts as a draft. Fill it in, check the list at the top, then publish.
1. Start a draft
Create a new event and start blank, or copy one you have run before. A copy can bring across tickets and packs, the description, venue and age limit, the door team and promoters, and the flyer. Dates, sales windows and the event link always start empty.
2. Fill in the sections
- General info: name, start and end, venue and event link. Here you also choose whether anyone can buy or you review requests first, whether to hide the address until someone has a ticket, whether to hide the guest list, the age limit, and whether guests can swap tickets.
- Description and visuals: the flyer (shown at 4:5) and the description. Anything guests must know before buying belongs here.
- Tickets and packs: see below.
- Requirements and age: what guests must fill in before they buy, such as full name, photo or birthday. With an age limit, birthday is always required.
- Music and artists: the line-up, up to three genres and the event type. Guests filter by genre in search.
3. Set up tickets
- Give each ticket a name, price and quantity (0 means unlimited), and a limit per guest.
- Group tickets into releases, set when each goes on sale, and add extras like drinks or cloakroom that your door team hands over and ticks off.
- Hidden tickets only appear through a promoter link.
- A pack sells several tickets as one purchase. Each ticket still lands in the guest's wallet on its own.
- You can delete a ticket or pack only until the first one sells. After that, hide it instead. A pack's price and contents lock once one sells.
4. Publish
The checklist at the top shows what is missing: a flyer, at least one ticket, and Stripe for paid tickets (see Getting paid). Use Preview to see the page as guests will, then Publish.
