Your guests and their data

Kalor shows you who comes to your events so you can run the door and grow your crowd. With that comes a responsibility to use it properly.

What you can see

• Guest list: for each event, who holds which tickets and who has checked in.
• Your guests: everyone who has had a ticket to any of your events, with their contact details, the events they have been to and what they have spent. You can search, sort and filter.
• Analytics: sales, attendance and audience numbers for each event and for your brand.

You never see a guest's date of birth, only whether they meet your age limit.

How you can use it

• To run your events and to tell guests about your future events, when they agreed to hear from you or the law allows it.
• Every marketing message needs a way to opt out, and you must respect it.

What you can't do

• Sell guest data or pass it to anyone else for their own use.
• Combine it with other data to profile people.
• Keep it longer than you need it.
